Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via. Email.
As of currently all of our pieces are FINAL SALE after purchase as we are a small business with limited inventories. We do not offer refunds if there is no visible damage or fault in the pieces. We are also not responsible for any lost or stolen mail.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. You may owe additional customs and fees when the package is delivered, unfortunately that is out of our control.
International purchases cannot be returned or refunded.
Problem with order
Let us know within 14 days of receiving your LEELO The Label order if something is wrong- incorrect or damaged item, etc. Reply to your confirmation email with what the problem is and include pictures if applicable. We are happy to accommodate you!
We understand that finding the correct fit can be hard. We will exchange your order in the case you need to size up or down within 14 days of receiving your order. LEELO The Label does not accept exchanges on garments that have been washed or damaged after receipt or missing the original tags.
Please be advised that you are responsible for return shipping.
